Worry-free wait: Enjoy up to 3 hours of complimentary (no extra cost) wait time if your flight is delayed. Refreshments on arrival: Enjoy refreshing iced tea, cold beer, or bottled water to kick off your journey. Comfort & connectivity: Travel in our insured, air-conditioned vehicles with free WiFi. Exclusive private van service: Your group travels together—no sharing with strangers! Convenient courtesy stop: If needed, we’ll make a 35-minute stop for bathrooms, food, or groceries. Luggage made easy: Two checked bags & 1 carry-on per passenger are included; extra luggage can be accommodated for a fee. Child safety first: One child seat and booster are included at no extra cost (additional seats are available for a fee). Exclusions: Gratuities: We suggest offering 10-20% of the total amount, this can be in cash directly to your driver at the time of service. Additional: Food & beverages Additional: Stops or after the included stop time. Optional: Cancellation Insurance: By choosing this extra option, your service will be fully covered for refunds or rescheduling in case of flight cancellations, medical emergencies, unavailability to travel, or delays exceeding 3 hours, even on the day of your service. Insurance costs 10% of the total paid.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, minus a $20 back-office fee. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service date or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable. Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are non-refundable. Our rebooking fee of $75, applicable for delays exceeding 3 hours, will be contingent upon our current availability. If you purchased cancellation insurance, our cancellation policies will not apply, and your booking will be fully refundable. Any requests for changes to the service date or time will be subject to approval and based on our availability
